不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)是(shi)不(bu)銹(xiu)耐酸鋼(gang)的(de)簡稱(cheng),耐空氣、蒸汽(qi)、水(shui)等弱(ruo)腐(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)介(jie)(jie)質(zhi)或具有不(bu)銹(xiu)性的(de)鋼(gang)種(zhong)稱(cheng)為不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang);而將耐化學腐(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)介(jie)(jie)質(zhi)(酸、堿、鹽等化學浸(jin)蝕(shi)(shi))腐(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)的(de)鋼(gang)種(zhong)稱(cheng)為耐酸鋼(gang)。
由于兩者在化(hua)學成(cheng)(cheng)分上的(de)(de)差異而使他們(men)的(de)(de)耐(nai)蝕(shi)性(xing)不(bu)(bu)同,普通(tong)(tong)不(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)鋼一(yi)般不(bu)(bu)耐(nai)化(hua)學介質腐蝕(shi),而耐(nai)酸(suan)鋼則(ze)一(yi)般均具有(you)(you)(you)不(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)性(xing)。“不(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)鋼”一(yi)詞不(bu)(bu)僅(jin)僅(jin)是(shi)單(dan)純指一(yi)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)不(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)鋼,而是(shi)表示一(yi)百(bai)多種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)工業不(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)鋼,所開發的(de)(de)每種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)不(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)鋼都在其(qi)特定(ding)的(de)(de)應(ying)用(yong)領域(yu)具有(you)(you)(you)良(liang)好(hao)的(de)(de)性(xing)能。成(cheng)(cheng)功的(de)(de)關鍵(jian)首先(xian)是(shi)要(yao)弄清用(yong)途,然后再確定(ding)正確的(de)(de)鋼種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。和建(jian)筑構(gou)造應(ying)用(yong)領域(yu)有(you)(you)(you)關的(de)(de)鋼種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)通(tong)(tong)常只有(you)(you)(you)六種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。它們(men)都含有(you)(you)(you)17~22%的(de)(de)鉻,較好(hao)的(de)(de)鋼種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)還含有(you)(you)(you)鎳。添加(jia)鉬可(ke)進一(yi)步改善大氣腐蝕(shi)性(xing),特別是(shi)耐(nai)含氯化(hua)物大氣的(de)(de)腐蝕(shi)。
不(bu)銹鋼(gang)(gang)指耐(nai)(nai)空氣、蒸汽、水等弱腐蝕(shi)(shi)(shi)介質(zhi)和酸、堿、鹽等化學(xue)(xue)浸蝕(shi)(shi)(shi)性(xing)介質(zhi)腐蝕(shi)(shi)(shi)的鋼(gang)(gang),又稱(cheng)不(bu)銹耐(nai)(nai)酸鋼(gang)(gang)。實際應用中,常將(jiang)耐(nai)(nai)弱腐蝕(shi)(shi)(shi)介質(zhi)腐蝕(shi)(shi)(shi)的鋼(gang)(gang)稱(cheng)為不(bu)銹鋼(gang)(gang),而(er)將(jiang)耐(nai)(nai)化學(xue)(xue)介質(zhi)腐蝕(shi)(shi)(shi)的鋼(gang)(gang)稱(cheng)為耐(nai)(nai)酸鋼(gang)(gang)。由于(yu)兩者(zhe)在化學(xue)(xue)成分上的差異(yi),前者(zhe)不(bu)一定(ding)耐(nai)(nai)化學(xue)(xue)介質(zhi)腐蝕(shi)(shi)(shi),而(er)后者(zhe)則一般均(jun)具有不(bu)銹性(xing)。不(bu)銹鋼(gang)(gang)的耐(nai)(nai)蝕(shi)(shi)(shi)性(xing)取(qu)決于(yu)鋼(gang)(gang)中所含(han)的合(he)金元素。文章(zhang)來源(yuan)于(yu)網絡
